Clos Martinet Vino ecológico

Clos Martinet is an outstanding red wine from the DO. Priorat in Catalonia, produced by the prestigious winery Mas Martinet. This wine is famous for its depth, complexity and the unique minerality conferred by the llicorella soils of the region.

Beautiful cherry colour with purple reflections. Medium-high layer, shiny. It has a thin, tinted teardrop that falls slowly. Complex, concentrated and at the same time harmonious nose. A powerful ripe red fruit, currants and blueberries stand out, going hand in hand with pleasant toasting. Little by little, spicy aromas, balsamic notes, intense mineral aromas, earthy hints appear. Full of nuances, it gains in expressiveness. A delicious nose. It has a powerful entry, a path marked by a high fruit load and pleasant roasted notes. It's flavorful and meaty. Good acidity and intense tannic sensation. Structured, very elegant. Very long and very persistent finish. It will improve, even more, with a long rest in the bottle.

Excellent with elbows, roasted red meats such as sirloin, entrecôte, sausages, etc..., seasoned with light sauces, big game, venison.
