Canforrales Clásico Red wine

Canforrales Clásico is a wine that is made with a careful selection of the best grapes of the Cencibel variety, also called Tempranillo. These grapes are harvested at their best ripeness. The musts are fermented in contact with the grape skin at a controlled temperature. During the fermentation process, several pump-overs are carried out to promote the extraction of varietal aromas, tannins and colour. The fruit of this work is reflected in the numerous awards obtained by this wonderful wine.

Purplish cherry colour, clean, well covered, with aromas of red fruits, strawberries and blackberries. Tasty, fresh and meaty. Well-balanced acidity.
