Bassus Pinot Noir Red wine

Bassus Pinot Noir is a great wine made with Pinot Noir, one of the finest and most elegant varieties on the international wine scene. Originally from Burgundy (France), it adapts fantastically to Utiel-Requena, where we have the only Pinot Noir estate today.

Medium cherry red colour with violet reflections.

High intensity aroma, combining aromas of French oak with ripe cherry-like fruit, cassis, liquorice...

Full, velvety flavor, with a lot of elegance, ripe red fruit and a background of toffee that makes it very long and complex in the mouth.

Do not hesitate to eat it with semi-cured cheeses, oily fish, white meats, even roasted red meats. It accepts mushrooms and sauced cod dishes and, in general, fish in sauce.
