Separate vinification of each of the varieties that make up this blend. Obtaining each of them from the flower must by light pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature where the wines remain in contact with the lees for a few months. Finally we proceed to the assembly and bottling.

Lemon yellow color, green reflections, bright, clean. Fairly intense frank aromas, white flowers such as jasmine, citrus fruits such as lemon peel and notes of white fruits such as pear, peach or lychee. It has spicy touches like fennel, white pepper and brioche. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and with volume. It has a long finish, with a slight bitterness and sweet sensations.
