Chivite Las Fincas Blanco 2 Garnachas White wine

The Garnachas, white and red, come from selected farms in the Tierra Estella area, which give life to this Chivite Las Fincas 2 Garnachas, a white wine with the soul of a red, the result of collaboration between Juan Mari Arzak and Julián Chivite. It is the second wine that they jointly launch on the market (the first was Chivite Las Fincas Rose 2014) and that was born from a personal relationship and the search for an answer to their food and wine concerns. Covered under the Protected Geographical Indication Vino de la Tierra 3 Riberas, Chivite Las Fincas 2 Garnachas is a young wine, partially fermented in French oak barrels made with 51% Garnacha Tinta, 49% Garnacha Blanca.

Straw yellow color with greenish nuances. On the nose it shows an aroma of white fruit (pear, apple, loquat) with hints of red fruit (pomegranate, currant). And on the palate it is very lively, balanced with silkiness and very long.
