Bo Bobal Único Red wine
The vinification of the Bobal variety is conducted in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26ºc and a period of maceration for 15 days in contact with the skins. Subsequently the mature wine for 9 months in French oak barrels of allier, selecting toasted barrels medium.
We have a modern and elegant wine of deep color and intense fruit, with bright cherry colour tones derived from its great acidity. On the nose it presents a range of wrapped in fine toasted oak berries. On the palate the tannins are meaty and tasty, with a perfect Assembly between the nuances of fresh fruit and notes of roasted, with a smooth, balanced finish of great personality. Serve at 15 \/ 16 ° C temperature.
Recommended for fish to grilled red meats and semi-cured cheeses
