Beso de Rechenna Red wine

Made from grapes from old vineyards of the Bobal variety over 40 years old from the midday area in the DO Utiel-Requena. In this area the vineyards are cultivated in glass formation, on dry soils and the yields are less than 3 kg. per plant ,. The maceration with pumping over lasted for 15 days, once uncubated, the malolactic fermentation was carried out.

Ruby red color accompanied by aromas of black fruit and vanilla. It goes well on the palate, round, medium-bodied, fresh and with balanced tannins and a long finish with touches of wood.

It is a good accompaniment to pasta, pizza, risotto, poultry, pork in a light marinade, not very ripe creamy cheeses.
